Puppy Party!

Fellow Amigas...

I apologize for my absence...things have been CRAZY 

lately, but during my time away, Milo turned one!!

And you bet we had a Puppy Party! 

Milo was extra spoiled on his birthday! 

He got new toys, a HUGE new bone, 

I even made him his very own puppy birthday cake, 

and I am sharing this recipe with you! 

Ingredients: 

1 cup white or wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Vegtable Oil
1 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Egg

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into a bundt pan, or large muffin pan sprayed 

with nonstick spray, for several smaller cakes.

Bake for 35 - 40 min. 

Frost with fat free whipped cream cheese

or low fat cottage cheese.

Note: Store leftover cake in the fridge! 

 

 Milo LOVED this cake! 

He ate two of these large muffin sized cakes and was begging for more! 

After all of the festivities, he was one tuckered out pooch and

slept the night away!
